From the family farm to benefitting millions of patients
Sam Lynch learned the value of hard work while growing up on a family farm and attending a one room schoolhouse in Illinois. Through this determination, he was accepted into a post doctoral program at Harvard, where he received dual degrees before beginning a long and rewarding career in regenerative medicine.
Today Dr. Lynch is the world’s leading authority on growth factors. He’s credited with identifying therapeutic applications for platelet-derived growth factor, a discovery that has benefitted millions of patients. In an effort to bring rigorous scientific and clinical, evidence-based products to the aesthetics space, Dr. Lynch founded LRM Aesthetics. Our first product, ariessence pure PDGF+, is the purest, most highly concentrated PDGF product ever available to the aesthetics market.

LRM Aesthetics launches ariessence pure PDGF+
LRM Aesthetics has developed a method for large-scale manufacturing of a proprietary, precision form of the body’s most important protein that promotes skin rejuvenation: ariessence pure PDGF+. This revolutionary product delivers the purest, most highly concentrated PDGF available, helping to support skin rejuvenation.
1990s
Recombinant PDGF research begins to show value
Signaling a new generation of skin rejuvenation, PDGF starts to be used in research. Since then, over 5 million patients have been treated with PDGF.
1980s
Exosomes are first discovered
Exosomes, which are tiny packages (vesicles) that cells use to communicate with one another, are discovered. Exosomes contain growth factors, but it’s unknown if these growth factors reach a therapeutic concentration. In addition, exosomes can be low in purity, may come from unknown human sources, and may be contaminated with other proteins.
1970s
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is first used
The term platelet-rich plasma (PRP) was first used in the 1970s to describe plasma with a platelet count above that of peripheral blood. PRP contains growth factors naturally found in platelets, delivering 3-6x the growth factor concentration of normal blood. However, the PRP in a patient’s blood is determined by their age and overall health, making it difficult to get a consistent output.
LRM Aesthetics
LRM Aesthetics is a new, advanced skin care company that aims to revolutionize skin care, including skin rejuvenation to achieve optimal aesthetics results. Our first product, ariessence pure PDGF+, is a platelet-derived growth factor that supports skin rejuvenation.
